Basic Policy on Information Security

General Principles

DATT Japan Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), based on its management philosophy as an IT solution provider and technical call center solution provider and the code of conduct it has established for itself, will contribute to society, earn the trust and resonance from all customers, and promote business activities to fulfill the expectations placed upon the Company.
In addition, we will strictly manage specified personal information entrusted to us by stakeholders for the purpose of payment records in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The personal information obtained by the Company from stakeholders through business activities is recognized as valuable property for all parties involved, and is an essential asset for the Company’s creation of new value. Acknowledging this, the Company will appropriately protect personal information according to the following fundamental principles.

Information Security Management System Basic Policy

We, as a company, will work on information security throughout the organization based on the following policy to protect the information assets entrusted to us by customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to meet the trust of customers and society.

  1. Responsibility of Management
    The Company will strive for systematic and continuous improvement and enhancement of information security under the leadership of management.
  2. Establishment of Internal Structure
    The Company will establish an organization to maintain and improve information security, and define information security measures as formal rules within the company.
  3. Employee Engagement
    Our employees will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills required for information security and ensure their commitment to information security.
  4. Compliance with Laws and Contractual Requirements
    The Company will adhere to laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, and will also meet customer expectations.
  5. Response to Violations and Incidents
    In the event of violations of laws and contracts, as well as incidents related to information security, the company will respond appropriately and strive for prevention of recurrence.
