Implementation of Internship Programs

Our company offers internship programs for Japanese students. Through call center operations at our overseas office in the Philippines, we provide opportunities to improve communication and professional skills, as well as to learn English through living and working abroad.
Additionally, we conduct surveys with our consortium partner companies and run programs that connect job seekers with potential employers.

Initiatives for Work Style Reform

We have implemented staggered working hours, remote work, no-overtime days, and bridge holidays, and are committed to creating an internal environment that promotes gender equality and work-life balance. These initiatives drive reform both on the front lines and at the management level.

Employment Support for People with Disabilities

In response to requests from certain local governments, our company conducts seminars on call center operations at special needs schools. These programs also include basic training such as business manners and data entry skills.
We have a proven track record of employing people with disabilities at our Iwamizawa call center and actively engage in initiatives that promote the employment of persons with disabilities.

Training and Employment Support for Overseas Engineers

Our company, with the support of the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS), provides training and support for developing overseas industrial engineers.
Some trainees are recruited and employed at our offshore development center operated by our local Philippine subsidiary, HiPE JAPAN. We strive to build an organization where diverse talents can thrive.
