General Principles

DATT Japan Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), based on its management philosophy as an IT solution provider and technical call center solution provider and the code of conduct it has established for itself, will contribute to society, earn the trust and resonance from all customers, and prom.

This includes not engaging in the handling of personal information beyond the scope necessary for achieving specified usage purposes (referred to as ‘unintended use’), and taking measures to prevent such unintended use. Particularly, the Company will handle the storage, deletion, and disposal of specific personal information with strict care.
  4. The Company will maintain the accuracy and currency of personal information, work to prevent unauthorized access to personal information, leaks, loss, destruction, and other incidents, and take necessary and appropriate security measures including prompt corrective actions in case of incidents.
