Commitment to the SDGs
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted at the United Nations General Assembly in order to realize a sustainable world.
The SDGs are 17 goals and 169 targets for the realization of a sustainable society.
We are developing various initiatives through the products and services we provide in order to "grow" sustainably with our customers and build a better society of tomorrow.
Internship Program for Japanese Students
We offer an internship program for Japanese students.Through call center operations at our overseas location (the Philippines), we provide opportunities for students to improve their communication and working skills, as well as to learn English through living in an overseas location.We also have a program to introduce companies to job seekers by conducting surveys of our consortium companies.
Initiatives for work style reforms
We have implemented staggered work hours, remote work, 'NO overtime' days, and bridge holidays, aiming to enhance our internal environment with a focus on gender equality and work-life balance. We are actively promoting reforms in both the workplace and management.
This initiative also includes basic training (business manners) and data entry training.
We have a track record of employing people with disabilities at our Iwamizawa Call Center, and we are actively trying to promote the employment of people with disabilities.
