Video & Distribution Guidelines
Guidelines for Handling Videos, Streaming, and Still Images
Dat Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) establishes the following guidelines regarding the publication of play videos, live streams, and still images (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Posted Content”) by individual or corporate users (hereinafter “Users”) as a means to share experiences related to the Company’s game content (hereinafter “the Content”). As long as these guidelines are followed, the Company will not exercise its copyrights or other rights regardless of whether the User is an individual or corporation, or whether the use is commercial or non-commercial. Please note that the content of these guidelines may be updated at any time without prior notice.

- Lammy’s Great Adventure 1 & 2 Remake (All Platforms)
- Monster Slider
- Other Game Titles Listed Under Our Copyright
1. Content Sharing and Monetization
Users are permitted to upload or stream gameplay videos, screenshots, and similar content derived from our titles on various sharing and streaming platforms.
Monetization of such content is also allowed through the programs specified below, provided it is done via officially recognized platforms.
Please note that posting or streaming content prior to the official release date is generally prohibited.

- YouTube: YouTube Partner Program
- Twitch: Twitch Affiliate Program / Twitch Partner Program
- Niconico (Video & Live Streaming): Creator Encouragement Program / Niconico Channel
- TwitCasting: TwitCasting Live Monetization
- OPENREC.tv: OPENREC Creators Program
2. Requirement for Originality and Editing
Posted content must include creative and editing elements such as commentary, explanations, comments, or edits that provide new value to viewers.
The following types of content are excluded from these guidelines and are not permitted:
- Game footage posted without any editing
- Reposting of Other Users’ Posted Content
- Videos or Images Focused Solely on Music or Design画像
3. Scope of Application
These guidelines apply only to posts and streams made by users residing in Japan.
4. Derivative Works
Derivative works created by users based on the Content are permitted for posting within the scope allowed by law.
However, if deemed inappropriate at the Company’s discretion, removal may be requested.
5. Prohibited Acts and Content Removal
The Company may request the removal of, or take legal action against, posts that fall under the following categories.
- Content that violates these guidelines
- Content that may be mistaken as being posted by the Company or its affiliates
- Content that harms the image or reputation of the Company or its affiliates
- Content that gives the false impression that the Company or its affiliates are sponsoring or partnering with it
- Content involving criminal acts, antisocial behavior, or other violations of laws and regulations
- Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Content that promotes or engages in unauthorized access, illegal acquisition, modification, or falsification of programs or data
- Content that uses fraudulently obtained accounts
- Content that promotes third-party products or services without the Company’s permission
- Content that violates public order and morals
- Other content deemed inappropriate by the Company
These guidelines aim to maintain a healthy relationship between users and the Company, and to promote better creative activities.
